I ship Fedex Priority Overnight. I drop off at the airport at 7pm and the dragon will arrive to you the very next morning. Shipment days are Monday - Wednesday. I will do my best to work with you on which delivery day works best for you however I choose my shipment days based on safest weather conditions. I check over weather reports and conditions several times daily and in some cases short notice of a change in shipment date may need to be made and I will notify you as soon as the decision has been made. Your bearded dragon will arrive to your nearest FedEx Hub where you will pick up there. If the weather is too hot or too cold for shipping I will hold your bearded dragon until it is safe to do so. I very rarely ship to home delivery. It is safer for the dragon to be held at your local FedEx Hub for pick up there. If you would like to inquire about a home delivery please send me an email, however I do not guarantee live arrival for home deliveries.
I guarantee live arrival as long as you arrive at your FedEx Hub to retrieve your package within two hours from the time it becomes available for pick up. You must open the package at your hub to verify the welfare of your bearded dragon. It is extremely rare for the bearded dragon to arrive DOA, however if the bearded dragon arrives deceased you must take a picture and notify me immediately. Please keep in mind I am notified by email for every delivery and am aware of exact pick up times. Failure to provide me this information in a timely manner will exempt live arrival guarantee.
I guarantee the bearded dragon is healthy to the best of my knowledge. I will not ship a bearded dragon that I do not feel is 100% healthy.
I guarantee the health of your bearded dragon for 7 days after you receive it. This guarantee only applies if you provided the proper enclosure set up and dietary care that is provided in my care sheet. I expect you to have the proper enclosure set up prior to your bearded dragons arrival. You have 7 days from the day your bearded dragon arrives to notify me if there is an issue. If an issue arrises with in these 7 days and the proper care that is provided in my care sheet is met I will refund or exchange as you have requested. Shipment fees are non refundable. You will be responsible for shipment fees on an exchange bearded dragon. I reserve the right to refuse an exchange if improper care and quarantine practices have not been made by you. Pictures of the dragon, enclosure, lighting, and supplements you have provided the dragon will need to be sent to my email Maddie.alohadragons@gmail.com.
I do not guarantee gender, structure, color development, or the ability to breed. However, I do my best to accurately describe gender and provide information including genetics, temperament, and any flaws like toe nips and tail nips.
Please limit handling when your bearded dragon first arrives to allow them to settle in to their new enclosure. Shipping and new surroundings are stressful on baby bearded dragons. It may take a few days for your bearded dragon to settle in and begin eating. Once you notice a healthy eating routine you can then proceed with handling. If you have any questions or concerns please contact me immediately. The bearded dragons health and safety is always my first priority.
If you see a bearded dragon that you would like to purchase but need additional time to prepare for him/her I offer a small deposit fee of $50 to hold the dragon for up to two weeks. Once you purchase this deposit fee and if you have not already contacted me please contact me immediately so I can put a temporary hold on the dragon of your choice. This deposit fee is non refundable. This deposit fee will go towards the total price of the dragon unless the hold time needs to be extended past the two weeks that I offer. In this case this deposit fee will not go towards the total price of the dragon. Please note that I do not offer holds past 4 weeks, after 4 weeks your hold will be forfeited. This deposit fee of $50 is per dragon. For additional dragons please purchase additional deposit fees.
I do not offer payment plans, however you are welcome to purchase a deposit fee of $50 and make payments during the 2-4 weeks of holding time that I offer. Deposit fees of $50 and any payments made within the 2-4 weeks of holding time are non refundable. After 2 weeks of holding time your $50 deposit will not go towards the final payment of the bearded dragon and will be used towards food and care costs for their extended time here. If the order is cancelled prior to shipping any additional payments you have made above the $50 deposit fee will result in a credit you will be able to use on any future purchase.
For the safety of my colony I do not allow any dragons to be shipped back to me after they have left my facility. All sales are final.
